Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01

We are pleased to inform you that, EA S.R.L. has decided to adopt an Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01.
The Company, in order to affirm its commitment to the active prevention of crime, in particular adopted:

• A "Code of Ethics", in which they explained the general ethical principles, the values ​​of reference or rules of behavior towards the main stakeholders to which all business entities have to adapt, whether they are employees, collaborators or directors;
• A "Model of organization, management and control D.Lgs.231 / 01", which sets guidelines for a suitable enterprise control system, general principles and specific controls to prevent potential crimes, compliance with which they are required corporate entities, especially those apical.

Supervisory Board (OdV)

As required by the Law 231, the company established a Supervisory Organism which has the task of verifying compliance with the Organizational Model and to report to the Board any information regarding updates and / or modifications as well as any situations of non-compliance with the provisions of Model, Code of Ethics and by the relevant regulations.
